From checking the date to downloading the finished film, Cierra guides each next step directly.

Inquire and check availability
Share your wedding date and location by email, DM, or the inquiry form. Cierra sends pricing, answers questions, and confirms whether the date is open.

Sign and reserve
If you decide to book, Cierra prepares the agreement. A signed contract and $650 deposit through HoneyBook reserve the date.
- 03
Plan the details
About two to four months before the wedding, Cierra sends a questionnaire and requests the timeline so she can plan arrival and coverage.
- 04
Confirm the day
After reviewing the details, Cierra follows up with questions and checks in again one or two days before the wedding to confirm any changes.
- 05
Complete payment
You may pay the remaining balance at any time; the final payment is due one week before the wedding date.
- 06
Receive and relive
The finished film and add-on videos are shared through Google Drive for download, and the wedding film is published on CO Media’s YouTube channel.

Booking
A simple way to reserve the day.
- A signed agreement and $650 deposit secure the date.

- $0.70 per mile to and from the wedding when travel exceeds 30 miles from Perham, Minnesota.
Planning + delivery

- A wedding questionnaire is sent about two to four months out.
- Cierra reviews the timeline and confirms arrival and departure.
- A final check-in happens one or two days before the wedding.
- Films are delivered through Google Drive and shared on YouTube.

CO Media is based in Perham, Minnesota. For weddings more than 30 miles away, travel is $0.70 per mile to and from the wedding. Destination travel is quoted for the specific location.
A signed agreement and $650 booking deposit reserve your date. Payments are handled through HoneyBook, and the deposit is applied to your package total.
You are welcome to pay the remaining balance at any time. Final payment is due one week before the wedding date.
No meeting is required; most planning can be handled by email. Cierra can schedule a phone or FaceTime conversation if you would prefer one.
Cierra selects music to fit each film and licenses it through Musicbed. Wedding-day voices and other recorded audio may also be woven into the final film.
Turnaround varies with the season and workload. The current estimated delivery window is approximately 3–9 months, but a specific delivery date is not guaranteed.
You may request revisions after delivery. Because each film is edited with a specific creative direction, the available changes depend on the scope of the request.
Finished films and add-on videos are shared through Google Drive for downloading. Wedding films are also uploaded to CO Media’s YouTube channel for viewing and sharing; a flash drive can be requested.
